5. Thoughts are a birds-eye view - The Body is ground-zero. (Solo)

Tuning into reactions and feelings of the body is just as important as paying attention to thoughts. Lately I’ve been paying more attention to pain stored in my body, and recognizing that pain exists not in my mind but in my body. We can work on quieting the mind all we want and converting negative thoughts to positive thoughts, but it’s only one part of the equation. The body takes time to catch up and we can help it out by fully feeling our old emotional residue and releasing it for good.
