New Japan's Okada Confirms Positive COVID-19 Test. Wrestlers Pulled From NOAH Show.

Many fans probably assumed this on their own... but now, Kazuchika Okada confirms he is one of at least 7 New Japan wrestlers who tested positive for COVID-19 over the last month.

\\n\\n

In an interview with \\u201cRadio Oshabering\\u201d, Okada said he initially tested negative...after being pulled from the second Wrestling Dontaku show on May 4th. But after his fever persisted and he continued to feel unwell...he got another test and that one was positive.

\\n\\n

Okada said he\\u2019s feeling better.

\\n\\n

New Japan is running three straight dates at Korakuen Hall starting Monday. Okada is not scheduled to appear on any of those shows.

\\n\\n

COVID-19 concerns are impacting other promotions in Japan.

\\n\\n

Pro-Wrestling NOAH announced Kotaro Suzuki tested positive. He missed NOAH\\u2019s show on Sunday...along with YO-HEY, Kai Fujimura and Yasutaka Yano - who all had direct contact with Suzuki.

\\n\\n

The WWE Women\\u2019s Tag Team Titles are set to be defended on tonight\\u2019s Raw. The former champs Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler get their rematch against Natalya & Tamina.

Also announced for tonight - Xavier Woods vs. Riddle.

\\n\\n

Two members of the New Japan roster will be in action on tonight\\u2019s Dark: Elevation.

\\n\\n

Rocky Romero will take on JD Drake...and Ren Narita has a match against Royce Isaacs.

Also on the show...Ethan Page vs. Alex Reynolds...Scorpio Sky vs. Alan \\u201c5\\u201d Angels...and Penta El Zero Miedo vs. Mike Sydal.

One AEW note from last week to pass along - Austin Gunn is expected to be out of action for the next 8-10 weeks following his loss last Wednesday to Anthony Ogogo.
