Hailing from Atlanta, GA., The first thing you notice about Riley is how self-assured she is at nineteen. “I want to record an album,” she says. “I want people to relate to my lyrics the way I’ve related to other people in my life. I want to do tours. I love when the audience sings along with words I’ve written.” “I try to write about what’s real,” Riley says. “I write about love, because everybody knows what that’s like, good or bad.” She has performed in LA, NY, Chicago, Atlanta and Nashville multiple times and has recently put a band in place. Her popularity on youtube has soared, with over 26 million views. In addition, on her 18th birthday she signed a publishing agreement with the world’s largest publishing company, Sony/ATV. Riley continues to write and record in Atlanta, Nashville, New York & Los Angeles for her forthcoming debut album. In exciting news for 2015, Riley will be competing in the upcoming season 9 of the hit NBC TV series - "The Voice". Season 9 begins Monday September 21st @ 8 PM EDT.
