Flood is planning to help the female comic community with third annual "Females in Comedy Convention", which gives up and comers a chance to network and learn about navagating the stand-up circuit.

We will catch up with Flood on the past three years, helping to inspire new comedians, and her non-profit organziation "Nickle of Hope".'
