I decided to embrace my inner fan girl and conversate with Erin Shrader ( The Plant Witch ) about one of her Podcast Episodes that I wanted to talk more about!

This idea that we all carry a vibrational frequency that acts as a medicine, as a balm if you will, for the world and people around us feels very powerful to talk about.
