We are all able to be conduets for a creative energy that wants to flow through us.  My good friend and author Amber Noelle decided to use her life and her experiences as a way to help others by sharing her raw and unfiltered story to help pave the way for growth and healing.
I am PROUD to call Amber one of my close friends.  We met teaching at the same yoga studio and a friendship simply blossomed over the years.
Today, she is one of the amazingly strong woman I look up to. 
Her life has not been easy, but thats why its just so DAM GOOD!
