Ruth Pressley Nutrition Educator is a Pre-K Senior (energetic enough to teach dance to 4 year olds and has plenty savvy to shop on Tuesday to receive senior discounts) who is passionate about Living Life to the Plus. She  has studied and taught nutrition principles since 1994. She believes that proper nutrition is paramount to maintaining good health. 

Although nutrition is her happy place, family is her bedrock.  She lights up at every opportunity to boost/share about her hubby “the Cute Man” or the family that she adores. Life has dealt some blows, that include losing her father when she was 10 and receiving a the scary news that her heart was severely compromised at age 40.  

Ruth’s belief in GOD is what sustains her through every situation.  One of her favorite assurances from GOD is that all things work together for good.  She always looks for the good in every situation.

Ruth has received a certificate in Informed Medical Decision Making from Wellness Forum Health.  She enjoys connecting with people globally through her affiliations with *BNI, *KDE and Toastmasters International.
