Kimberly is a Certified Integrative Health & Hormone Coach, Speaker & Creator of the Bioenergetic Cooking method revolutionizing the high energy cooking experience. She is passionate about reconnecting people to locally sourced, organic food and growing their confidence in the kitchen to ultimately achieve lifelong health empowerment. While having careers in the financial and marketing fields, Kimberly has been a student of natural health and traditional healing methods for over 25 years. After recreating her own health over 8 years ago with organic foods, smoothies and juicing Kimberly, went back to school at the age of 51, to pursue her lifelong passion with food, natural health, and on educating others on the power of fresh organic whole foods. She received her coaching certification with the world-renowned Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City along with an advanced certification in hormone health. As a chef for the people, she focuses on making healthy delicious never deprived and inspiring her clients to listen to their bodies enjoying a new reverence for food. Kimberly his coach hundreds of people to achieve their health goals through education, accountability, and simple dietary and lifestyle modifications. Her newly created and revolutionary online CREED 5 Day Reset program is profoundly changing people’s lives. Kimberly served as a board member of the Sarasota Holistic Chamber of Commerce and currently the newly formed, Sarasota Holistic Community. She is the co-host of the Health Planet 1 Radio Show broadcast nationally and internationally. Kimberly is the creator of the Bioenergetic Cooking Method and served as the in-house chef for NES Health, creating nutrient dense, non-inflammatory organic luncheons for all in-house trainings. Over the last 2 years Kimberly has created hundreds of simple, delicious recipes that support our highest energy.
