In October 2014 while Cynthia was on tour and tagging along with her partner to meetings for support, it struck her in the spiritual vortex of Bali that she needed to be sober.

Cynthia walks us through her recovery journey and what it has been like transitioning from a drinking/using musician to performing as a sober artist.

She shares what came in the place of alcohol and how she is tapping into something else. Focusing out and how everything is better sober.

You might now Cynthia from the band Saucy Monkey that broke in Ireland. She produced the full length album "Turbulence"  but  is currently making a name for herself as a solo artist, singer and songwriter.

Cynthia recently released a song and video in December called “Suitcase” and her newest single will be out February 2021  titled "Last Beer" Check out her YouTube channel with many of her songs and videos here.
