Please join us in this episode as we have a casual conversation with our good friend Lyer in Southern Ontario. Jump into a chat between addicts who were once party monsters together many years ago and found each other again in recovery.

In this episode we talk about the feelings of powerlessness when someone we love goes back out (drinking and using again). How we can not save people and force them into a life of sobriety and that this has to be a decision made by the addict or alcoholic.

We also discuss some of the suggestions in early recovery and why it is advised not to make any major decisions in the first year of getting clean and sober. Including dating, relationships, sex and emotional stability or lack there of.
