Georgia is a queer female founder who started her career as a writer and artist and then went on to spend a decade working in finance as a CFP. She was baffled by the industry\\u2019s lack of transparency and culture of conformity, which inspired her to launch a different kind of firm \\u2013 one that truly centers individuality and self-efficacy.

Modernist Financial has been named one of the largest LGBTQ+ owned businesses in Oregon and one of Portland\'s largest wealth management firms.
