Oftentimes, entrepreneurs or aspiring entrepreneurs will turn to investors, angel investors to fund their ideas to get their businesses off the ground. A lot of us think that we may not qualify for this, right? We\'re not contestants on Shark Tank, we\'re not the next Facebook or Airbnb, so we think. We give up on even that idea.\\xa0

Today\'s guest is Kelly Keenan Trumpbour and she is going to tell us how to earn some investor dollars. Like many industries, angel investing used to be dominated by men. It still is in some ways, but more and more women are becoming angel investors. These days 26%, about one in four angel investors are women and that\'s up from just 12% in 2011. In recent history, we\'ve made quite in advance. Kelly is a successful female angel investor, she\'s the founder of a company called See Jane Invest, which is committed to helping women-led businesses find success.\\xa0

She talks about her portfolio, how she identifies businesses that are worth funding, how to get your business off the ground. Also, Kelly is a fascinating person.
