b'Today\\u2019s guest is someone I\\u2019ve been wanting to talk with for years! She is hilarious\\u2026 She is an award-winning comedian, actor and musician, Sandra Bernhard. Described as a \\u201cliving, breathing bonfire\\u201d and \\u201ca super smart and slightly mad performer of stunning originality\\u201d, she began her career at L.A.\\u2019s famed Comedy Store in the \\u201870s, and since then has written and starred in numerous one-woman shows, acted in movies and on television, recorded albums and authored books. She appeared more than 30 times on Late Night with David Letterman. She is probably best known for her roles as Nancy, the gay co-owner of the Lanford Lunch Box on Roseann She has a live show at the Regency Ballroom in San Francisco on May 1st and at the Capitol Theater in Olympia, WA on May 2nd. Also, her 5 episodes guest-starring on the CBS Television series Two Broke Girls. Her first episode airs on March 30th, the second on April 13th, followed by three more.
