Tobacco21 bills have been introduced in a number of states this year. The government calls the age a person is considered "adult", Age of Majority. It varies from state to state. This is the age that a person can make decisions for him or her self. They can be held responsible for their actions. They can buy a car, vote, purchase a gun, be condemned to death by the courts. They can not choose to vape if vapor products are included in Tobacco21 legislation.

Am I the only one that thinks it's hypocritical for them to say you are a responsible adult but you aren't smart enough to choose to vape?

It's time to call your legislators and respectfully remind them that if an 18 year old can make choices that affect their financial future, that put them on the line to defend our freedoms, then they should be able to choose vaping.
