Hosted by Lynnis Woods-Mullins As we transition from 2016 to 2017, many of us are beginning to realize how tough 2016 was. There was the surprising celebrity deaths, natural disasters, terrorism, unrest in major cities over police violence and of course a very emotional season election season. 2016 was a very tumultuous year.

Now that a new year has arrived how to we move forward? How do we let go of our frustrations, hurt, sadness and anger that we might be holding to because of the events of 2016? How to we heal and have a positive attitude about the future?

Dr. Sithembile Mahlatini, EdD, LCSW (Dr Stem) shares with us a wonderful philosophy on how to move forward in an emotionally healthy way while addressing underlying fears and emotions. Her approach to life’s challenges and difficulties is inspirational and motivational.

Dr. Stem shows us that not only is there a bright light at the end of the tunnel, there is also joy and fulfillment that comes with healing the emotional hurts of the past.
