Wonderful Person

There's this part of your brain (I'll tell you what it's called in a bit) that actively finds evidence for anything that's on your mind and tells you all about it. So if, for example, you were to think 'I am a wonderful person' then it would straight away tell you all the things that make that true. Great, huh! So, here's the science: it's called the Reticular Activating System, or RAS for short. Tell all your friends.
