Jesus told his disciples (and us) that "I have come to serve, not to be served". So what does Jesus think of the church structures (physical and institutional) that we've built in His name over the last 2,018 years? Like the Noah's Ark story, the life and death of Jesus marked a new beginning. Maybe it's time to look at how we went from that fresh clean slate to where we are today.
