So I am super excited to introduce to you our guest this week Dr.Fred Pescatore. Dr. Fred is a NYT best selling author of The A-List Diet,The Hampton's Diet, and Feed Your kids. We talked about Alzheimer's, Allergies, Asthma, and Aging.

 

I was so surprised to find how feeling better with all of the A’s all stems back to having a healthy gut. Dr. Fred says "If you want to lose weight and get healthy, you need to fix your leaky gut".
