Are You Burned Out from Burnout?

Today we discuss burnout. We know we have all been feeling emotional exhaustion, cynicism, and low feelings of personal accomplishment. Coupled with the media frenzy going on, it's hard to get some rest! 

The first half of the episode we define burn out, particularly in terms of the workplace. The second half we go over coping strategies, and how to navigate this media landscape.
