It is poetic to think of ourselves as a nation founded on the mutual ideals of freedom and equality. But as a city, Atlanta, more than any other city in the country, has its foundations – both cultural and physical – shaped by the struggle for freedom. For todays show, we will be examining how this abstract concept was quite literally made into concrete.
