\\nThe first was a bacon and caramelized onion mac and cheese (cheese again!).

\\nThe second was a prime New York strip with wood-fired and smoked vegetables and smashed potatoes with sour cream and bacon jam.

\\nHe really likes the way these dishes with "a high fat content" work with the Tower Station.
