Got Consistency?

Did you watch Beyonce’s film “Homecoming” on Netflix? Well you are missing out on powerful 2 hours of pure black girl magic. Watching the film it made me appreciate her consistency throughout her preparation for Coachella aka Beychella. This episode will highlight the importance of consistency. Webster dictionary defines it as, “showing steady conformity to character, profession, belief, and goals. To be consistent is about being dedicated to your goals, and eliminate all distractions. Recently, I have been very consistent with going to the gym and eating healthy. Maintaining a consistent behavior, you are discipline to reaching   challenging for some. We start something then adversity hits, we revert back to our old habits, and our goals will never be fulfilled. How can we remain consistent 24/7? I will provide a few steps that will help you be consistent, so you can be successful in life.  

 
Road to Consistency

1.     Change your mindset 

2.     Avoid distractions 

3.     Create a daily, weekly, and monthly plan

4.     Hold yourself accountable 

5.     Find purpose in what you’re doing
