As an 11 year old girl, Parul Banka made a bold decision. She said no to India’s caste system and to a patriarchal society which makes life harder for girls. Eventually, her desire to explore new places and seek opportunities in the wider world took her away from India and to the UK, and following a devastating cancer diagnosis at the tender age of 34, ⁣Parul made another decision: To pursue her passion for stories, and helping people connect with their stories powerfully, as a profession. ⁣ She launched her coaching practice ⁣focused on helping coaches access the power in their personal stories and use them as a tool for impact and change. ⁣ With this work, she found what made her heart sing. ⁣ ⁣ Oh, I love that so much. ⁣ ⁣ We talk in detail about Parul’s formative life experiences, ⁣ ⁣ the pain and liberation of stripping away our identities ⁣ ⁣ and how to connect powerfully with our stories to grow our businesses and amplify our impact. ⁣ ⁣ To learn more about Parul, visit her website: www.caramelcoaching.com and follow her on Facebook/coachparulbanka .
