In this episode we'll here from two community builders in their 30s. First up is Jenny Lachs, founder of Digital Nomad Girls (DNG). DNG is a community for digital nomad women around the world which has quickly grown to over 20,000 members in the past 4 years! Jenny shares her fascinating journey from scientist to online business owner and the ups and downs along the way. Next we'll hear from Lou Stokes, a style and confidence coach who runs the beautiful Self Love Sisterhood community. Lou's originally from the UK and she now calls Madrid home. Listen in as she shares her personal journey of self-love and acceptance and how she helps other women learn how to love themselves.


About Jenny

Jenny is a former scientist turned digital nomad and the founder of Digital Nomad Girls, a global community that connects and empowers location independent women through an online membership site, the DNG Inner Circle, and in-person mastermind retreats.

After finishing her PhD in chemistry in 2013, Jenny went on a 1-year around the world trip which has since turned into a full-time lifestyle. She loves eating her way around the world, is a beginner hula hooper and noodle soup enthusiast.
