Cindy recently discovered solo-travel and has spent almost two years traveling the world on her own!  We’ll also hear from Barbara Smith, a cancer survivor, mother of two, from the San Francisco Bay Area. She's 56 years old and moved to Thailand in 2016 to start a new life!

About Cindy

After nearly 32 years of marriage, raising 4 amazing kids and working full-time, she hit refresh - and delete.  Cindy left her husband, got an apartment and quit her job to travel full time. Since then, she's traveled (mostly solo) to over 27 countries including Morocco, Madagascar and Turkey. Along the way, she began to find herself, started learning how to be alone, found a French lover on Tinder, walked the Camino, volunteered at an orphanage, housesat at a Tuscan villa, trekked in Nepal, paraglided in 4 countries, made new friends and started a travel blog.
