Ray was previously the Executive Director and a Portfolio Manager at Barrow, Hanley, Mewhinney, & Strauss, LLC, where he spent 25 years. Barrow Hanley is one of the largest value- oriented managers of institutional assets in the U.S. with over $75 billion in assets. Ray is currently serving as Chair of the Texas Health Resources Investment Committee which oversees $5.0 billion and he is also a member of the UTIMCO board of directors, a $45 billion endowment for the University of Texas and Texas A&M University.
