David uses a low tillage system alongside a winter \\u2013 spring rotation as a method of improving soil health and organic matter. Over the years David has also had experience with integrating green manures into his system.

Audrey has over 25 years\\u2019 experience as a crop and environmental scientist. During the past 12 years she has specialised in composting and AD systems, fertilisers, and the use of composts dig estates and other organic materials in agriculture.
