We have been looking over the last few weeks at how to deal with contained feelings and how we can work to let them go in a safe way. Who wants to live with those feeling just beneath the surface? It’s not a great way to be, we just end up living on the edge all the time and if we’re not careful we can end up letting them out in ways and situations we hadn’t intended to.
