Our minds are the most profound and powerful thing we will ever have in our lives, we might not think that, but it is true. It's easy to look around our world and marvel at the technological advances we see around us and feel even awestruck by what we can now do. I have always looked at planes as they fly through the sky leaving the cloud line, travelling at five hundred miles an hour, at 30,000 feet above me, heading to the other side of the world, with just total amazement. Lately, we have seen on the News, the trips to Mars and what we have achieved; this is just mind-blowing, travelling 140 million miles on average depending on the orbiting cycle at the time. It takes approximately 7 months to reach Mars and is nothing like the world we live in. The surface is not hospitable to humans or most known life forms due to the radiation, greatly reduced air pressure, and the lack of oxygen in the atmosphere. This is such a fantastic and phenomenal achievement but let’s not forget that it was minds like ours that decided to find a way to fly and then decided to head out further to explore the universe. The Wright Brothers were amazing, they devoted most of their lives to developing a plane, they started with gliders and after five years of trying, failing, and learning, they had achieved just 5 hours of flight time. They never saw this as a limiter, they saw it as just the opposite.
