b'"Sleep on it" is a phrase we have heard often, when something has unsettled us or got disrupted our emotions. More often than not, we do feel better for it, more rational and able to deal with the problem at hand. Without sleep, we cannot process our day and other events. But if there is a backlog of issues that need dealing with, it becomes chaotic and sleep is elusive. We can change it though.'
