Flight

This week we are looking at flight. This one is probably the most well known of the flight, fight or freeze reactions. When thinking of it in relation to anxiety, it can sometimes be a wave, but for chronic sufferers, it is constant. So much so, we become accustomed to it as a way of life and constantly feel worried and stressed.
There are things we can do to take back control...
