Fight

For many of us with anxiety, we may not realise that we are stuck in the fight response. This can be in outward aggressive behaviour, reactive behaviour that we are not sure where it comes from or even an internal fight with ourselves.
For people living with someone in this particular stage, it can be the cause of a toxic relationship as your own self-preservation kicks in. But you can begin to move tackle this and move away from it by owning it. Not transferring it, or living in denial, but facing up to it and having the same zero tolerance policy with other bad habits.
