This week I chat with Steve Thiele. 

Steve is a construction manager in charge of multi million dollar building projects, right here in Rural Nebraska. While he has lived in some pretty cool places like Hawaii and Denver, but he chooses to call Clearwater, Nebraska home.

We talk about some of the great projects he has been apart of, as well as figuring out that he just needed to get away for a few years to appreciate where he grew up. His latest project since moving home is constructing the school that his children will attend.
