b'Unexpected Isa 55:8 #RTTBROS #Nightlight\\xa0\\n\\n\\nUnexpected\\n\\n\\n"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord." Isaiah 55:8 (KJV)\\n\\n\\nWe often come to God with specific requests and desires, asking for certain outcomes and solutions. In our minds, we have a set idea of how God should respond. But God, in His infinite wisdom and love, knows what is truly best for us. As Isaiah 55:8 reminds us, "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord." Though His ways are higher than our ways, He cares deeply about the petitions of our hearts.\\n\\n\\nWhen we pray for a cake, but are given the ingredients to bake one instead, God is teaching us to partner with Him. He wants us to trust in His provision and walk in obedience, even when the answer doesn\'t look like what we imagined. God is concerned with our growth and maturity, not just giving handouts. He desires intimacy with us.\\n\\n\\nWe see this in the Bible when God provides manna in the wilderness rather than an all-you-can-eat buffet. The Israelites had to trust God one day at a time. Or when God responds to Paul\'s thorn in the flesh with grace rather than healing. His strength was made perfect in Paul\'s weakness.\\n\\n\\nLet\'s bring our requests to God believing that He will answer according to His timing and wisdom. Even if the response seems confusing at first, trust that God knows what we need better than we know ourselves. Thank Him for His faithfulness and lovingkindness, for blessings come in unexpected forms. And when we ask for cake, let\'s joyfully commence with some baking! Our loving Father has already supplied all the ingredients.\\n\\n\\n\\nOur Podcast, Blog and YouTube Links\\n\\nhttps://linktr.ee/rttbros\\n\\n\\xa0\\n\\nBe sure to Like, Share, Follow and subscribe it helps get the word out.\\n\\nhttps://linktr.ee/rttbros'
