b'Transformation 2\\xa0 Rom 12:1-2 #RTTBROS #Nightlight\\n\\nTransformation\\xa0\\n\\n\\nRomans 12:1-2 (KJV) says "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."\\n\\n\\n\\xa0Paul urges us to embrace positive transformation in these verses. There are two roads we can take - degenerative change that will break us down, or generative change that will build us up into who God desires us to be. If we are not intentionally seeking God and renewing our minds according to His Word, then we will automatically be on the path of degeneration.\\n\\n\\nRenewing our mind means bringing every thought captive to Christ. There are some thinking errors that need to be captured.\\xa0 Yesterday we talked about Deletions where we leave out the good that God has brought into our life and that produces a victim mentality.\\xa0 Another thinking errors is Generalization.\\xa0 Have you ever had your child say "Everyone is doing it" that is a generalization to try and excuse their bad behavior.\\xa0 Generalization affects adults as well have you ever told your mate "You always" or "You Never" we tend to use those statements when we are in a fight and want to win at all costs.\\xa0 Satan uses generalizations to say to you, "You are always failing" "You will never get this right." Understand that generalizations are another of the lies of Satan to attempt to defeat us.\\xa0\\xa0\\n\\n\\nAsk God to make you aware of all the thoughts that are bringing defeat in your walk with God and your\\xa0\\n\\nRelationship with others.
