Though the dragon pursued the woman who bore the man child, Christ was caught up unto God and to His throne, frustrating the dragon's designs (Revelation 12:5-6). Though the beasts arise from the sea and earth, given power by the dragon to make war and conquer the saints, the Lamb shall overcome them (Revelation 13:7). Though the second beast performs signs and deceives those on earth, Christ's elect will not be deceived, for He has chosen and sealed them (Revelation 13:8, 14:1).\\n\\nAt the opening of the seventh seal, there is silence in heaven as the prayers of the saints are offered on the golden altar before the throne. Then seven angels sound their trumpets, bringing woes upon the earth, yet the saints overcome by the blood of the Lamb (Revelation 8-9). Though the dragon is enraged and makes war on those who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus, they overcome him by the word of their testimony and the blood of the Lamb (Revelation 12:11).\\n\\nThough the beast and false prophet gather the kings of the earth to the battle of Armageddon, Christ the King of Kings shall prevail. He treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God, and He hath on His vesture and on His thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS (Revelation 19:11-16).
