b'The Deep End 2 COR. 12:9-10 #RTTBROS\\xa0 #nightlight\\n\\nThe Deep End\\n\\n2 Corinthians 12:9-10 KJV - 9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.\\n\\n10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ\'s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong\\n\\n\\nOne pastor said:\\n\\n"I remember the first time my dad tossed me into the deep end of a swimming pool when I was just a kid. One moment I was standing comfortably in the shallow end with the water up to my waist, and the next I was flailing wildly in water over my head. As I panicked and struggled to keep my head above water, my dad stood nearby and calmly said, "Just kick your feet and move your arms. You\'ll stay afloat." And to my surprise, he was right. As I focused on the techniques rather than the overwhelming depth of water around me, I found that I could in fact keep myself from sinking."\\n\\n\\nIn life, God sometimes tosses us into the proverbial deep end - situations that feel way over our heads. A difficult illness, the loss of a job, family struggles, challenges in ministry work - there are many ways the Lord can put us in a place where we feel like we\'re drowning. Our natural reaction is often to flail and panic. But God stands nearby, reminding us, "Stay focused on Me and the gifts I\'ve given you. Trust in My strength and sufficiency for you, not your own. And you\'ll stay afloat."\\n\\n\\nWhen we feel overwhelmed by the depth of our troubles, we can remember the deep end. God allows those times not to terrify us, but to teach us reliance on Him. He knows that His power is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Our flailing ceases as we fix our eyes on the Lord and discover the truth - in the deep places, His grace truly is sufficient, His fellowship truly is sweet, and His faithfulness never fails.\\n\\n\\xa0\\n\\nIn The Deep Place You Find God\'s Grace!\\n\\n\\nOur Podcast, Blog and YouTube Links\\n\\nhttps://linktr.ee/rttbros\\n\\n\\xa0\\n\\nBe sure to Like, Share, Follow and subscribe it helps get the word out.\\n\\nhttps://linktr.ee/rttbros'
