We went back a little ways to check out Attack the Block from nearly a decade ago and it gets the highest of recommends from us! After that we dive into the worst/best lists with Kazaam and Leon the Professional. While Kazaam is a hard pass from the worst list, we primarily focus on Leon and how this movie wouldn’t be able to be made today. There’s an uneasy and uncomfortableness with that movie that was hard to overcome. Then of course we talk Battlestar Galactica as we bring Season 2 to a close. From there we really sink our teeth into the new movie Us from Jordan Peele and how brilliant of a movie it is! Honestly you NEED to catch this in theatres!
