In this episode I talk about what it's been like to go to bed at a decent time sleep more than I needed to and get up at a decent hour. I also wore a suit today and ate at regular intervals and I feel fantastic. Also not to mention the amount of water that I drink is a lot more than usual and I've done some exercise. I popped on social media for a few minutes to check a couple things and realize very quickly that I didn't need to do that.
