Episode 17. Control and self-sabotage

In this episode I talk about why I have a poor sleep routine. And why I have a lot of trouble breaking the pattern. I talk about my struggles with sleep because of hypertension and sleep apnea that are now corrected but the bad habits are still there. And I discuss the ability to change the habits and why I believe I self-sabotage as a form of control in my life.
