Episode 10. Decrease your barrier of entry and to be intentional

What do I mean when I talk about decreasing your barrier to entry. I mean if something seems too difficult we might not even get started. For example if you make a commitment to working out everyday for a half an hour that may be too much and you might not get started because you don't know where you're going to find your half an hour from. But if you can make a commitment to work out a half an hour every second day that may be more attainable. Or maybe it's 10 minutes a day. And you might say well 10 minutes a day isn't going to give me very much but it's going to give you more than not doing anything. And also be intentional have a target. It might just be to work out 10 minutes a day for 30 days and then see where you are at that point see what kind of improvement you've made. My goal with this podcast is the next time I have a guest like I did yesterday instead of it being an hour and a half I want to be able to bring value to you in 20 minutes. So my goal is to improve my podcasting skills and the direction of each episode, to make me better. I want to have the skill set that allows me to extract value from an individual in 20 minutes instead of an hour and a half.
