It was difficult for them to find work that he has been in that they haven't already enjoyed but they each were able to find some of Will's more recent work. This week Tina talks to Ryan about his "collateral beauty" in life as they discuss life's plan and how life seems to always know the best path. Also, later on Ryan and Tina talk about times in their life they felt they needed to stay on an idea or thought they had even if people around them thought it wasn't the right thing to do or belief to have.
