Well Dr Rachel Hutchinson has just completed her PHD looking into the benefits of recorded audio description for both blind and sighted people.

The first part of Dr Rachel Hutchinson\\u2019s research focused on the use of audio description for sighted museum visitors while the second part of her research looked at how adding sound affects to recorded audio descriptions could help blind and partially sighted people retain more information about the work of art being described.
