Previously Mark skippered the England Rugby squads (under 18’s, 19’s and 21’s) at numerous Six Nations and World Cup competitions. He went on to play professional rugby with Northampton Saints and won 100 premiership appearances. Mark has now progressed to the non-contact world of coaching and consulting in military organisations, risk industry and elite sport. Extraordinary results are demanded in professional sport, these will always require extraordinary behaviours and efforts by coaches and players alike. Some are exemplary serving any team as a model to learn from, others less so! Mark will give us an insight into the darker side of behaviour in elite sport, looking specifically at narcissism, and what we might learn from those unique settings.
