Facing up to irrational fears takes some courage even it in my case was not a success.  One critical form of fear is to be on the receiving end of bullying or intimidation.  For a risk manager, facing down negative behaviour or vitriol is a core skill and this podcast provides a six point plan on how to be successful.  Facing up to bullying is something kids need to learn for themselves as the world of social media is far worse.  Parents need to avoid stepping in so that kids do not grow up with backbones of wet spaghetti.  The podcast has also a surefire way to manage the potential for mental problems while using social media and that is to avoid it and seek genuine human interaction.  Cant win them all.
