Religion is filled with excellent writers that distill the complexity of societal interactions into simple and digestible prose.  In the risk world that goes through the same process of distillation, called aggregation, we tend to hide behind the numbers and models.  The film Margin Call articulates the main component of risk management which is to communicate as if the audience is young children.  We draw on historical books such as Leadership qualities of Attila the Hun to show how distillation is done.
