Some good news on the Rhode Island labor front. The head of the Woonsocket City Council says he expects the city to win in court if public-employee unions oppose cuts to wipe out a deficit. The state department of labor and training is no longer investigating claims of unpaid wages at Curt Schilling's video game company.
