Dealing with Reactivity

How do we get over-reactivity (ours and other peoples\u2019)?\n\nWe\u2019ve been noticing our own reactivity and hearing about others\u2019 reactivity and while we might know we\u2019re over-reacting to small stuff, we can still feel stuck in it. So what is there to see about reactivity and how do we get over it (ours and other peoples\u2019)?
