Free of Shame - Preached in Anchorage Church, Dubai on 23rd Oct 2020

God says, in Josh 5:9 “Today, I have rolled away the reproach from you”. This specifically means there is no more shame, no more disgrace, no more oppression. 

God wants to prove Himself glorious in your lives. He doesn’t take glory in the sufferings of His children. He doesn’t take glory in the oppression and disgrace of His children. Rather, He takes glory in delivering them from it. While He delivers them, He also manifests His sovereign will and power to the enemy that keeps them bound. He proves Himself solicitous over His children’s welfare in front of the enemy. When His children feel shameful, He feels bad. He wants to relieve His children of such hurt. In all this, what He expects is COMPLETE DEPENDANCE ON HIM. Time and again He checks if His children depend on Him, trust in Him and believe in HIS WORD, HIS PROMISE.

This is a very powerful prophetic message preached by Rev. John Samuel of Anchorage Church - Dubai, to the church at large, the people of God around the world, who have put their entire trust in God in these perilous times. You might go through certain afflictions and persecutions now, probably a life of slavery to the pharaohs of the current age, but hold on there, TRUSTING IN YOUR SAVIOR all the more fiercely, the LORD will come through mightily for your deliverance. 

PROPHETIC : This deliverance will happen by a DISTINCTIVE IDENTIFICATION as the RIGHTEOUS of God, for He is going to show forth an IDENTIFIABLE DISTINCTION between them and the unrighteous.  He will royally differentiate between the ONES WHO SERVE HIM and the ONES WHO DO NOT. Its coming. Await the show. 

If SHAME & DISGRACE is like a grave, YOU ARE WALKING OUT OF IT. If your SAVIOR HAS WALKED OUT OF THE GRAVE, you too are, if you believe in HIS RESURRECTION POWER WORKING IN YOU. 

If you believe you will see the glory of God. Is it a long wait ? Like Zechariah and Elizabeth prayed and prayed, waited and waited for so long? Just for an offspring? But get to understand this, when God remembered them, He just did not give yet another son to them, but JOHN THE BAPTIST - A SIGN OF AN UPCOMING SALVATION - FULL & COMPLETE. Elizabeth's reproach rolled away that day. Take heart. Don’t give up. Your wait is never a waste. Your faith will be well rewarded. HOLD ON TO JESUS. He has awarded you HONOR in the place of SHAME.
