Boy the early nineties was a crazy time for movies. Movies like this could get made by a studio that believed in them. They would mostly bomb horribly but would always leave behind an impression on the youths that would get a hold of them at the video store. In this case this is a film that had a lot going for it but ultimately feels a little bit like too much of not enough. Let the bells ring out for Christmas, at the closing of the year. Its TOYS!!!
